Hotel Kapri - Golem (Tirana)

The hotel is located on a main road, making it easy to find and just a two minute walk to the beach. the staff were friendly and helpful, quickly assisting with registration and luggage. the room and bathroom were clean, and the pool was surrounded by trees making for a relaxing atmosphere. the food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the pool provided a great place to unwind.

One area where the hotel fell short was its service. the reception staff were not very welcoming and lacked explanation or information about the hotel's amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, fulfilling all of our expectations. They offered quick registration and assistance with our luggage. The hotel had a beautiful natural setting with birds chirping and a peaceful pool area. We were kinda surprised with the delicious food and reasonable prices. The hotel was conveniently located on the main road, just a short walk from many shops and restaurants.

The rooms were clean and the location was convenient, just a few minutes away from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions. the pool was a nice addition to our Easter holiday, allowing us to enjoy some relaxation time in between activities.

Our experience was not entirely positive. the service left a lot to be desired and we didn't feel particularly welcome.

The hotel had a decent sized pool and we appreciated that it was surrounded by lush greenery, making it relaxing. The breakfast was decent and there were some interesting local dishes offered. The location near the beach was great and we easily found a convenience store nearby for snacks and drinks.

Our stay was a complete disappointment. The hotel lacked any sort of professionalism and the staff were not helpful at all.

They quickly helped us with our luggage, and the owners even offered us a refreshing drink while we waited. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, listening to the birds singing in the nearby trees. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. this venue provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
